Refund & Cancellation Policy

A 25% advance confirms your dates. The balance is due as set out in your booking confirmation.

14 days or more before check-in: advance refunded in full, less payment-gateway charges.

7 to 13 days: 50% of the advance refunded.

Within 7 days: advance non-refundable.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of confirmation.

No-shows are charged in full. Early departures are charged for the full booked stay.

If a stay is disrupted by events beyond reasonable control, such as extreme weather, flooding or road closures, we will work with you to reschedule or offer a credit. Please contact us as early as possible.
